1. Do I need a website or is it enough to present myself on an artist pool?
Of course you need a website! A listing in an artist pool is definitely not enough! No matter what art you do, you need a digital online stage that reaches as many people as possible. Only an active, daily 24h “follow spot” directed to your digital stages can present you and your art in the best possible way, even if you are not at the place. Caster, producer, event organizer and art productions work not only from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but well beyond normal office hours. Therefore, you should be very easy and uncomplicated to seen and to find.
If you are not immediately visible online, you virtually do not exist as an artist. Neither the work of art gallery, an art sale, nor an art production is possible without visibility of the protagonists and their work!
02. I own a small art business and now want to digitize it. Where’s the best place to start?
During the first free consultation, we will discuss what exactly your goals or current problems are and how we can solve them in a timely manner so that you can also experience success & revenue with your digital art business in the future.
03. Should I give my art-marketing to an agency or would it be better to set up a marketing team internally?
That depends entirely on which step your art business is already. Good online marketing requires different, mature skills in several areas at once. If you already have mature skills in website creation, search engine optimization, individual content production (such as text production, image production & video production) as well in most important digital automations, and your revenues allow it, it makes sense to set up an internal team.
But if that’s not the case, you should first gain knowledge yourself before hiring someone to do those jobs. Anything else could quickly run in a different, undesirable direction. Working with Favori Media offers you as an artist savings in time & money.
04. How long does it take to see the desired results of online marketing?
Online marketing is made up of various processes and is therefore not a quick fix. After all, you didn’t develop your artistic skills overnight. Depending on your art, your current conditions, the service you choose, and your budget, it may take a few days, weeks, or months to get the results you want.

08. Do you work only with start-ups and solo artists?
We love all shapes and sizes of art, so our support extends to all art & culture players. We receive inquiries & applications from solo artists, small & medium arts businesses, larger arts productions & cultural enterprises for services, coaching and mentoring programs. The size of the art business or company does not represent any difference in our work.
09. We need support for online marketing of an upcoming new art production. Can you support us on short notice?

10. Is it possible to pay in installments?
In principle, installment payments are possible.
11. Do you create logos for artists & cultural businesses?
Yes, we create logos for solo artists, small & medium art businesses, as well as for larger art productions & cultural businesses.
11. I own an art online store, but have not been able to sell anything yet. What could be the reason that I could not sell anything yet?
There is no blanket answer to this question. The best thing to do is to book an appointment for one of our audits. In a subsequent personal conversation, we will analyze your art business and certainly find the stumbling blocks.
